Md. Mohaimin Chowdhury is an HR and administration professional with expertise in personnel management, organizational operations, and workplace compliance. He specializes in streamlining administrative workflows and enhancing employee engagement to drive organizational efficiency. His work focuses on bridging the gap between management objectives and employee needs through structured policy implementation and effective communication.

He holds a strong academic background and professional training in Human Resource Management. With several years of experience in the field, he has successfully managed diverse administrative responsibilities and HR functions, contributing to the operational success of growth-oriented organizations.

Shihab Ur Rashid is an accounting professional with a strong academic background in Finance and Banking. He is currently working in the Accounts department, where he is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial transactions.

He holds both BBA and MBA degrees in Finance & Banking from Southern University Bangladesh, Chittagong. With solid knowledge in accounting principles and financial management, he is committed to delivering accurate and efficient financial solutions.

Mijanur Rahman is a geospatial analyst and environmental researcher with expertise in GIS, remote sensing, and disaster management. He leads research and training initiatives within the Climate, Disaster & EIA Division at GREENS, where he contributes to spatial analysis, environmental assessments, and capacity-building activities.

He holds an MSc and BSc in Geography and Environmental Studies from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh. He has worked on various interdisciplinary research projects and brings several years of experience in academic instruction and applied geospatial research.
